一、日常保養(yǎng)

1、 Daily maintenance

升降機在保養(yǎng)時，如果需要人員進入到平臺內(nèi)部，一定要吊住升降機或撐起維修支撐，防止升降機突然下降而造成人員傷亡。

During the maintenance of the elevator, if people need to enter the platform, be sure to hang the elevator or support the maintenance support to prevent casualties caused by the sudden drop of the elevator.

1.注意檢查滾輪、中間軸及軸承；油缸銷軸及軸承；臂架銷軸及軸承等部件的潤滑度和磨損情況；

2.對上述各部件加注潤滑油。延長軸承的使用壽命；

3.注意檢查液壓油的油質(zhì)和油位。升降機升高時液壓油面應高于油箱底部40-50mm。當液壓油出現(xiàn)以下狀況：油色變暗、油質(zhì)發(fā)粘，或油中有砂礫等異物時，一定要及時更換液壓油。一般的升降機的液壓系統(tǒng)采用的都是32#液壓油；

3. Check the oil quality and oil level of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil level shall be 40-50mm higher than the bottom of the oil tank when the elevator rises to high. When the hydraulic oil has the following conditions: the oil color becomes dark, the oil is sticky, or there are foreign matters such as gravel in the oil, the hydraulic oil must be replaced in time. The hydraulic system of general elevator adopts 32# hydraulic oil;

二、半年維護保養(yǎng)

1.注意檢查液壓管道和接頭。油管不得破損，接頭不得松動；

1. Pay attention to check the hydraulic pipes and joints. The oil pipe shall not be damaged and the joint shall not be loose;

2.注意檢查回油節(jié)流閥。在拆卸下回油節(jié)流閥后，要用壓縮空氣將柱塞吹凈、用油洗凈后，再重新安裝。

2. Check the oil return throttle valve. After removing the oil return throttle valve, blow the plunger with compressed air and wash it with oil before reinstalling it.

三、年終保養(yǎng)

3、 Year end maintenance

1.注意檢查液壓和管道的連接部位。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)管道有破損應立即更換；連接部位有松動時應注意擰緊管接頭；

1. Pay attention to check the connecting parts of hydraulic and pipeline. If the pipeline is found damaged, it shall be replaced immediately; When the connecting part is loose, pay attention to tightening the pipe joint;

2.卸下并拆開下降閥進行檢查，用壓縮空氣將閥芯吹凈后重新裝上；

3.把油箱中的液壓油全部放凈后打開油箱，取出內(nèi)部的吸油過濾器進行清洗，洗凈后放回油箱，按照原位進行安裝，油箱中重新注滿新的液壓油即可。
